West Kent Mind
West Kent Mind is here to make sure anyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn for advice and support.
Half way into the Danceathon, Tillie and Lucy Adams, a representative from West Kent Mind spoke about the benefits of exercise and recognising and celebrating the relationships and the people in our lives that add to our wellbeing and protect and sustain our mental health.
