Primetimers 50+ sessions
Health and fitness is becoming an increasingly important part of everyday life for seniors. Under the friendly guidance of our qualified staff, our 50+ sessions offers a range of activities combining the fun and social aspects of sport with the use of our excellent facilities to help keep you in shape. Activities include: badminton, Easy Line Circuits, exercise classes, short mat bowls, short tennis, swimming and access to our Gym & Spa facilities.
Larkfield Leisure Centre
We run an exclusive Primetimers swimming session in the Fitness Pool from 8pm to 9pm on Sunday - Member £3.20, Non Member £5.50, Non Member Concession £4.40
Thursday morning Sports Hall Activity Sessions - This session is ideal for people of all fitness and sporting abilities, our Fitness Consultants are available to give advice and help you meet your fitness goals. From 10.30am to 12.30pm each Thursday come and try short mat bowls, badminton, short tennis and table tennis. Member £3.40, Non Member £5.70, Non Member Concession £4.60. Alternatively take part in a gym session from 9am - Member £4.50, Non Member £6.80, Non Member Concession £5.70.
Weekly Walking Football Sessions - If you think your footballing days are over then think again. Come and join our pay and play Walking Football sessions - great for keeping fit, learning new skills and for socialising.
Ideal for men and women over 55, although everyone is welcome. These regular weekly sessions run each Friday from 3pm to 4pm and Sunday from 11.15am to 12.15pm (starting Sunday 5th March 2017). The rules are based on the format provided by Kent FA and will be led by UEFA/FA Qualified Charlton Athletic Community Trust coaches. Wear indoor trainers, shorts/trackie bottoms, t-shirt and bring water. COST: £3.40 Member/Non Member.
Primetimers Active Movers - Tuesday 10.30am to 11.30am & 11.30am to 12.30pm - a gentle but consistent workout including stretching and floor work. Concession Member £4.40/Adult Member £5.40/Concession Non Member £5.60/Adult Non Member £7.10
Primetimers Short Tennis - Wednesday 9.30am to 11.30am and Friday 10am to 12 noon - a social event where you get the opportunity to learn new skills and enjoy a cup of coffee afterwards! Concession Member £3.70/Adult Member £5.30/Concession Non Member £4.90/Adult Non Member £7
Gym Sessions - Don't forget the excellent facilities provided in the Gym to make keeping fit a pleasure. On your first visit you will receive a Wellbeing check and assessment from one of our qualified fitness consultants. You will then receive a personal programme and be shown how to use the equipment safely and correctly. Your progress with then be monitored on a regular basis.

Tonbridge Swimming Pool
Join our morning Primetimers swimming sessions on Monday and Thursday from 9am to 10am. You could also supplement these sessions with weekday lane swimming, Swim Fit or Aqua Aerobics sessions available throughout the week. Member £4.10, Non Member £5.20, Concession Member £2.80 Concession Non Member £3.60.
