Pay & Play Sessions
Take time to pay and play. Our Sports Hall offers plenty of options, as does our EXCEL programme for 11 to 16 year olds.
The EXCEL Fitness Programme offers challenging keep fit opportunities for 11-16 year olds. It’s designed to be inclusive and fun, so that every young person can enjoy the sessions, regardless of ability.
Fancy organising your own football or netball tournament, or a family game of badminton or table tennis? The Sports Hall offers lots of options.
Junior Membership
We offer two great memberships so juniors can maximise their fun!
KickStart Membership gives unlimited access to a whole host of junior activities including swimming, seasonal Mini Golf, Larkabout Soft Play, Adult & Child Fun Swims and more.
EXCEL Membership provides challenging keep fit opportunities for 11-16 year olds. The programme is designed to be inclusive and fun, so that every young person can enjoy the sessions, regardless of ability. Sessions on offer include EXCEL Gym cardio workouts, plus unlimited fitness and leisure swimming and use of SWIMTAG.
Junior Courses & Prima
We organise a range of swimming, gymnastics, trampolining, dance and musical theatre courses tailored for both novices and dedicated enthusiasts. Led by fully qualified professionals, these courses enable children and adults to learn new interests, develop existing skills and achieve awards, in a safe and fun environment.
Our Swim School is based on the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme, and is taught by experienced instructors who provide high standards of tuition in water confidence, technique and aquatic skills. Find out more.
Led by fully qualified professionals, our Schools of Trampolining and Gymnastics offer courses that enable children and adults to find new interests, develop existing skills and achieve awards, in a safe and fun environment. Find out more.
Prima Stage School provides opportunities for children and adults of all ages to experience the thrill of performance and learn a varied repertoire from Ballet, Tap, Acro Dance, Modern Jazz and Contemporary dance, to Street Dance, Singing, Drama and Musical Theatre. The school has over 80 classes for all ages and abilities, from 2 to 18+ yrs. Find out more.
Larkabout Soft Play
Offering three floors of interactive play equipment, slides, crawl tubes and ball pools, Larkabout offers an adventurous time for young explorers! Suitable for children 10 years and under, this fantastic soft play zone is open every day from 10am to 6pm weekdays and 10am to 5pm at the weekend. And whilst the children have fun, you can enjoy a refreshing cup of coffee or healthy snack from our Refuel Café.
At least 90 minutes of play guaranteed – no restriction during off peak times. Child and adult toilets are available within the facility. Please note socks must be worn at all times. Larkabout is also available for great parties.
Embark on a magical journey every Monday with Story Time from 11am to 11.45am, led by the delightful Miss Alison. This enchanting experience invites tiny tots to immerse themselves in a world of imagination. Engage in interactive storytelling, play with props, dance to the music, and conclude the adventure with creative coloring activities. This session is complimentary with entry to Larkabout.
Join us for Larkabout Coffee Mornings every Tuesday and Thursday, 11 am to 12 noon during term time. Connect with new friends and enjoy a complimentary cookie and squash with your first hot drink purchase.
Elevate your Wednesdays with our Bottomless Coffee special from 12 noon to 1.30 pm while your little ones go adventuring. Grab a filter coffee and relish unlimited refills throughout this exclusive window. Standard Larkabout charges apply (term time only).
