New Tuesday Aqua Aerobics starting Tuesday 5 December

Due to popular demand we are pleased to introduce a new Tuesday Aqua Aerobics session.  Starting on Tuesday 5 December, the new session will run from 11am to 12 noon.

 

Aqua Aerobics is an excellent fitness class which uses the water to tone and shape the body safely and effectively. These invigorating sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and age groups. Sessions also take place on Monday 8pm to 9pm, Thursday 7pm to 8pm and Friday 11am to 12pm. 

 

We also run Swim Fit sessions for those wishing to improve their fitness through swimming. These structured sessions are led by a qualified swim instructor, who will advise on specific training programmes to meet individual needs and will also focus on improving strength, stamina and stroke technique. Sessions take place on Monday 7pm to 8pm and Wednesday 7pm to 8pm.  Members attending these sessions can take advantage of the new SWIMTAG fitness trackers.

All our Aqua Exercise sessions are led by qualified instructors. Members can use the online booking service to reserve their favourite exercise class.
