Our relaxed and friendly Gym offers an amazing range of market-leading Technogym cardiovascular and resistance equipment, there’s plenty of it too! The cardio kit is fitted with Technogym Excite Live screens that provide users with their own touch ID personalised entertainment, workouts and fitness tracking. A full range of free weights and plate-loaded resistance equipment is available on the Gym floor and dedicated Free Weights Room.
Explore our SKILLROW, the first rowing machine designed to enhance anaerobic power, aerobic capacity, and neuromuscular abilities in one. Try the SkiErg for a skiing-inspired motion that strengthens muscles for the slopes, or experience the Octane xRide seated cross trainers for a full-body workout. We also have a Weight Sled, which is an excellent training tool for building strength, improving power and enhancing endurance.

Our Fitness Consultants are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and maximise your potential. As a new member, you’ll receive a personalised fitness program regularly updated to reflect your progress, along with a complimentary Technogym mywellness account for program tracking. To kickstart your fitness journey, we’ll send you regular reminders to ensure you make the most of your membership.
activeFIT Members enjoy FREE regular TANITA Body Analysis, measuring body fat, muscle mass, hydration levels, and metabolic rate. Members can also opt for MYZONE tracking (Trial belts available).
Our all-inclusive memberships include unlimited gym, classes, spa and swimming sessions – as well as use of SWIMTAG tech in the Fitness Pool. activeYOUTH Membership available for 11-15 year olds.
