Welcome to Poult Wood
Poult Wood has a reputation for being one of the finest quality Pay & Play courses in the South of England.
Set in picturesque woodland, three miles north of Tonbridge, Poult Wood offers a choice of two interesting and challenging courses with Golf Wardens on hand, reserved tee times and a great restaurant and bar, ideal for the regular or casual golfer.
5 and 7 Day activeGOLF Memberships are available for those wishing to maximise their time on the course.
The Courses and Clubhouse are open as follows throughout the year:
18 Hole
- Jan, Feb, Nov & Dec | 8am – 3.30pm
- March | 7.30am – 5pm
- April | 7.30am – 5.30pm
- May to Sept | 7.30am – 7pm
- October | 7.30am – 5.30pm
9 Hole
- Jan, Feb, Nov & Dec | 8am to 3.30pm
- March | 8am to 5pm
- April | 8am to 5.30pm
- May to Sept | 8am to 7pm
- October | 8am to 5.30pm
Pro Shop
- Jan, Feb, Nov & Dec | 8am to 4pm
- March | 7.30am to 5pm
- April | 7.30am to 6pm
- May to Sept | 7.30am to 7pm
- October | 7.30am to 5.30pm
The phone line is manned from 8am until 15 minutes before closing time.
Driving Range Monday to Sunday – 8am to 4pm
Restaurant & Bar
- Jan, Feb, Nov & Dec | 8am to 5pm
- Mar to end of October | 8am to 10pm
Food is served 8am to 3pm all year round.

A Choice of Courses
The 18 Hole par 68 Course is 5,474 yards (5,050 metres) and offers a well balanced blend of par 3s, 4s and a par 5 – take a look at the 18 Hole Course Scorecard.
The 9 Hole is a high quality course of 1,221 yards (1,171 metres), starting and finishing in ancient woodland, with many holes giving panoramic views across the Weald of Kent.
There is also a putting green and a driving range which is ideal for warming up before your round or working on particular aspects of your game. If you are interested in taking part in competitions, why not also consider joining Poult Wood Golf Club.
