Society Days
Nestled in picturesque woodland just three miles north of Tonbridge, Poult Wood Golf Course offers a superb setting for any golf society day.
The venue features a choice of two interesting and challenging courses with Golf Warden on hand, reserved tee times and a great restaurant and bar, making it the ideal venue for any golf society.
The Putting Green is complimentary to those booking and the Driving Range is available for a small fee.
Flexible Packages
Our menu of charges is simple and flexible – pick from range of options to calculate the cost of your day. The charges reflect a discount against standard green fee and catering costs. Please note there is a minimum weekend society price of 18 holes, plus coffee and a bacon sandwich.

Booking Confirmation
By booking a Society Golf event at Poult Wood, you confirm your reservation and agree to adhere to the terms outlined below.
Weather Policy
- Course Open: If the golf course remains open and operational due to weather conditions on the day of your booking, no refunds will be issued.
- Course Closed: In the event that Poult Wood Golf Course is closed due to severe weather conditions (e.g., frost, snow, flooding), the booking may be rescheduled at no additional cost, or a refund may be offered at the discretion of the management.
Weather-Related Cancellations by Society
If your group chooses to cancel or does not show up for their booked tee time, no refund will be provided if the course remains open for play. It is the responsibility of the booking party to check the weather forecast and confirm with the Poult Wood team on the day of play if unsure about conditions. Course conditions will be provided on the website each morning by the Head Greenkeeper over the winter periods – please check the morning of your booking.
Rescheduling
If the course is open and playable, but your group chooses not to play due to weather, we will not offer rescheduling or refunds. Rescheduling is only possible if the course is officially closed on the scheduled day due to weather.
Force Majeure
In the case of extreme weather events or conditions beyond the control of Poult Wood Golf Course (e.g., natural disasters), the Poult Wood team reserves the right to cancel bookings and offer either a full refund or rescheduling at its discretion.
Refunds & Credits
No refunds will be issued once the booking is confirmed, unless the course is closed or an alternative agreement is made with management.
Any credit issued will be valid for a future booking, subject to availability.
Nearest the Pin and Longest Drive markers are available to all societies. If you fancy adding another 20 yards to your tee shot we can also offer a quick 40 minute lesson.
