Our Spa provides the perfect place to relax after a workout, or to escape and recharge. Regular use of the facilities will leave you with an increased feeling of wellbeing, as well as restore balance to both mind and body.

Spa Opening Times:
Monday to Friday | 8am to 10pm
Weekend | 8am to 8pm
Please note: Some areas of the Spa floor may be slippery at times, especially when wet.
We’ve recently completed a floor treatment that has significantly improved slip resistance. However, some water pooling still occurs in certain areas. Drainage improvements are already planned for these areas and will be carried out in the near future.
In the meantime, we kindly ask all users to:
- Walk carefully and avoid rushing
- Be mindful of other users nearby
- Consider wearing appropriate slip-resistant footwear for added safety
