All new Gym Members are encouraged to undertake a Gym Induction to ensure the safe and correct use of the fitness equipment. Those under 16 years of age and any referred members MUST undertake a Gym Induction.
When choosing your membership start date, you may need to book your Induction a few days ahead. Any member wishing to use our sister facilities should book an Induction to ensure familiarity with the facility and equipment.
activeYOUTH users must complete a 2 session Induction before attending activeYOUTH Gym sessions.
