Leybourne Lakes Parking & Opening Times

 

Visitors can pay for parking at Leybourne Lakes by card, via the YourParking Space app or AutoPay.  We operate a barrierless ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system.

Please be aware that there is a height barrier (two metres) and limited parking available for vehicles over 2m.

All money generated from parking charges help us to maintain and improve the Country Park.

Opening Times

We are open every day of the year. The gates are locked at dusk and unlocked at approximately 7am. Any vehicle left in the car park after dusk can be accessed from 7am. See closing times by month below:

Closing times 2024/25

  • Monday 1 January to Sunday 4 February 2024 - 4.30pm
  • Monday 5 February to Sunday 31 March - 6pm
  • Monday 1 April to Sunday 19 May - 8pm
  • Monday 20 May to Sunday 25 August - 9pm
  • Monday 26 August to Sunday 22 September - 8pm
  • Monday 23 September to Sunday 27 October - 7pm
  • Monday 28 October to Sunday 5 January 2025 - 4.30pm

The Refuel Cafe is open from 9am to 6pm (April to September) and 9am to 4pm (October to March).

You can pay for you parking by card, via the YourParkingSpace app or AutoPay.

Download the YourParkingSpace app for Android or Apple devices.

AutoPay 

Save time on parking payments at Leybourne Lakes with automatic billing by YourParkingSpace. Activate AutoPay and simply drive in and out of the car park, automatically paying for the duration of your parking.

Please note, if you register in the car park AutoPay will only activate from your next visit. The barrierless ANPR system will detect your vehicle on entry and exit, and payment will be made automatically when you exit the car park.

Prices 

Following feedback from our visitors, we have introduced a wider range of charges:

  • £1.20 - 1 hour
  • £2.00 - 1 to 2 hours
  • £3.00 2 to 4 hours
  • £4.50 4 hours+

Blue Badge parking

There are 4 bays for Blue Badge holders year-round, with additional bays available near the children's play area in the summer during the water sports opening hours. Blue Badge holders need to pay by card or using the YourParkingSpace app.

Season Tickets

We no longer sell season tickets.  We will, however, honour those issued by Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council until their expiry date.
