Below are the results of our recent Gender Pay Gap Report which was submitted to the Government Equalities Office, Gender Pay Gap Team:

  • Women’s hourly rate is 6.2% higher (mean) and 34.7% higher (median)
  • Top salary quartile has 31.6% men and 68.4% women
  • Upper middle salary quartile has 31.6% men and 68.4% women
  • Lower middle salary quartile has 47.4% men and 52.6% women
  • Lower salary quartile has 55% men and 45% women
  • Women’s bonus pay is 0% lower (mean) and 0% lower (median)
  • 0% of men and 1.87% of women received bonus pay
