Live Streaming Group Exercise Classes

Our Live Streaming Group Exercise Classes are now available on the MoveAnywhere platform for our Health & Fitness Members to enjoy as part of their membership. These classes are available as a free 3 month trial - there is unlimited access, so take part in one a week or all of them!  Today we have added Bodyweight Circuit, RPM and a PT Masterclass to the programme.

We have now offered our Swim & Spa and GYM21 Members unlimited use of the service during the lockdown period.

MONDAY

An exciting aerobic class that combines moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines and martial arts.

PILATES - 10.40am to 11.40am (Sue B)
Pilates offers relaxation and posture control whilst developing core stability and back strength.

BODYWEIGHT CIRCUIT - 12 noon to 12.45pm (Ricardo)
This 45 minute class willl push your physical and mental limits with intensive interval stations designed to give you a full body workout.

HIIT - 5.40pm to 6.25pm (Brad)
This 45 minute class will push your physical and mental limits with intense interval stations.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS - 6.30pm to 7.15pm (Sarah)
A comprehensive workout to tone and strengthen all those bits we love to hate.

LES MILLS BODYPUMP - 6.30pm to 7.30pm (Sarah A)
A resistance class using bars and weights to achieve muscular strength and definition - simply resistance with rhythm!


TUESDAY

CORE CONDITIONING - 9.30am to 10am (Sarah)
Concentrating on strengthening the deep abdominal and back muscles, this class improves posture, tightens abs and helps prevent back injuries.

LES MILLS BODYBALANCE - 10.05am to 11.05am (Sarah)
A dynamic class based on the principles of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi - invigorates, tones and leaves you renewed and relaxed.

PILATES (CLINICAL-BASED) - 10.30am to 11.30am (Lizzie)
Pilates uses mat based exercises to build core strength, strengthen the pelvic floor, reduce stress, help flatten and tone the abdominals and transverse abdominis muscle, improve posture, increase flexibility and realign imbalances in posture.

PILATES 11.15am to 12.15pm (Flic)
Pilates offers relaxation and posture control whilst developing core stability and back strength.

WELLNESS YOGA - 11.45am to 12.30pm (Jo S)
Wellness Yoga is a great way to help increase productivity, improve focus and reduce stress in both mind an body.

Primetimers offers a mixture of low impact aerobic moves and conditioning exercises to help maintain and improve mobility and posture.

VINYASA YOGA - 11m to 12 noon (Natalie)
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterised by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.

With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, the instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
