Book new Live Streaming Group Exercise Classes

 

Our new live streaming Group Exercise Classes are now available to book and pay. Sign up to the MoveGB platform which costs just £1 per week (£4 per month) and then select the class of your choice - each class costs just £4.  Here is a link to sign up and book in.  Your first class is FREE, so please give it a go! Classes are led by Angel Centre instructor Sarah Matchett and Larkfield instructor Lizzie Hilder.

LES MILLS BODYBALANCE - 9.30am to 10.30am (Sarah)
A dynamic class based on the principles of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi - invigorates, tones and leaves you renewed and relaxed.

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT - 9.30am to 10.30am (Lizzie)
An exciting aerobic class that combines moves and stances from a range of self- defence disciplines and martial arts.

DANCE FIT - 6pm to 6.45pm (Sarah)
A combination of dance styles are fused together in this class. Get fit and feel great!


TUESDAY

CORE - 9.30am to 10am (Sarah)
Concentrating on strengthening the deep abdominal and back muscles, this class improves posture, tightens abs and helps prevent back injuries.

PILATES (CLINICAL-BASED) - 10.30am to 11.30am (Lizzie)
Pilates uses mat based exercises to build core strength, strengthen the pelvic floor, reduce stress, help flatten and tone the abdominals and transverse abdominis muscle, improve posture, increase flexibility and realign imbalances in posture.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS - 6pm to 6.45pm (Sarah)
A comprehensive workout to tone and strengthen all those bits we love to hate.

PILATES - 7.30pm to 8.30pm (Lizzie) 
Activity description: Pilates offers relaxation and posture control whilst developing core stability and back strength.


Barre1WEDNESDAY

DANCE FIT - 9.30am to 10.15am (Sarah)
A combination of dance styles are fused together in this class. Get fit and feel great!

BARRE - 6pm to 6.45pm (Sarah)
Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT - 7.30pm to 8.15pm (Lizzie)
An exciting aerobic class that combines moves and stances from a range of self- defence disciplines and martial arts. 


THURSDAY

LES MILLS BODYBALANCE - 9.30am to 10.30am (Sarah)

Legs, Bums & Tums is simply designed to target the waist, bum, legs and tum! 


SATURDAY

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT - 9.30am to 10.15am (Lizzie) - starts 27 June
An exciting aerobic class that combines moves and stances from a range of self- defence disciplines and martial arts.

LES MILLS CXWORX - 10am to 11am (Lizzie) - starts 27 June
This 30 minute express workout focuses on functional training moves that will improve core strength and help prevent injury.  


SUNDAY

STRETCH - 8am to 9am (Lizzie)
This class includes stretches for the entire body and concludes with a relaxation segment whilst focusing on Thoracic Breathing.
