Courses Cancellation Request Form

To cancel your Swim School/School of Gymnastics/Badminton Membership, please complete the online request form. This form allows our courses team to review your request; however, it is not a confirmation of cancellation. Once we receive your submission, our team will process your enquiry and follow up with you directly. Please note that this is the first step in the process, and your membership will not be officially cancelled until we confirm the action in writing. We cannot accept a cancellation request for another person's membership unless prior consent has been given to discuss their account with a named parent or bill payer.
