Teen Spirit (date of next course tbc)

IMG 20200227 WA0007Teen Spirit is about creating a social environment to support young people’s wellbeing. When you feel good physically, it’s much easier to feel good mentally.

When you have people supporting you who are here for the same reason, it's an environment that makes you feel better about yourself and helps you gain confidence. Outdoor activity has also proven to help reduce exam stress.

Teen Spirit offers an introduction to strength training, cardio, jogging and both indoor and outdoor exercise in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, Run Leader and Mental Health Awareness Champion.  Sessions run in Tonbridge.
